Lockheed Martin's Ocala site is a multi-shift manufacturing facility that builds circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electro- assemblies. The facility currently has over 1400 employees and provides products to six Missiles and Fire Control sites. Ocala specializes in both low volume, high mix, and high volume production that has a combination of automated processes as well as labor-intensive manufacturing. Ocala Operations has a represented manufacturing workforce that is supported by a strong engineering and operations support team.The selected candidate will:- Become proficient in SAP and Apriso as they relate to production planning- Work as an integral part of a cross-functional team on an assigned program- Provide status of hardware to internal customers- Monitor material for timely release to factory- Maintain and monitor all PP&C metrics - Aid in meeting all scheduled deliveries- Interface with the customer to provide program health informationBasic Qualifications-Completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university-Must be a U.S. citizen due to facility requirements -2+ years in a production operations environment -Experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms (face-to-face, virtually, email, Teams, etc.)-Experience with ERP/MRP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Desired skillsMaster's degree from an accredited college/universityExperience controlling and handling inventoryAbility to manage various tasks under time-sensitive constraintsDemonstrated ability to work well in both a team environment and aloneDemonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.Demonstrated ability to ensure data integrity and consistency.Ability to understand and use Material Resource Planning, Warehouse Management and Manufacturing Execution Systems.Working knowledge of SAP and Apriso WM.Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing operations experience.Experience working in a union contract environmentAbility to understand engineering drawings and parts lists.Understanding of MRP / supply and demand management.EEOLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.National Pay StatementPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $55,100 - $105,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
