Job Summary:The Manufacturing Technician operates complex equipment and analytical tools to process 12\" silicon wafers in a cleanroom environment. This role involves performing routine operations, troubleshooting, non-standard processing, and problem-solving, as well as supporting wafer fabrication in specific functional areas. Technicians will work 12-hour shifts in a gowning-required environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate complex equipment and analytical tools to process 12\" silicon wafers in a cleanroom environment.Perform minor preventative maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.Support wafer fabrication in a specific functional area by following standard procedures and specifications.Work efficiently within established guidelines to complete assigned tasks.Perform non-standard processing tasks and problem-solving as needed.Spend the majority of work time standing and performing tasks that may involve repetitive motion.Required Qualifications:AA degree (technical discipline) + 1 year work experience in a semiconductor cleanroom.OR a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a semiconductor cleanroom.OR a minimum of 3 years of work experience in production with a focus on utilizing computers/software.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working in a semiconductor cleanroom environment.Experience performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on semiconductor equipment. Education: Bachelors Degree
