Sales Department Administrative AssistantDescription of the role:

McNeill Chevrolet is looking an administrative assistant in our sales department. Experience at a dealership is a MUST. Applicants without any experience will not be considered. We are looking for an individual that can assist in multiple areas, as well as back up the sales manager. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to assist in the day-to-day operations of the sales department. This is a salary position, with some bonus opportunities. Pay range is $55,000-$65,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads - working, calling, tracking internet leads with the goal of setting an appointment & distributing to sales staff.
  • Finance - packaging deals, scanning documents for e-contracting, printing paperwork, tracking funding.
  • Inventory management - printing stickers, tagging keys, getting trades and new vehicles to service.
  • Marketing - social media posts, website management, banner designs, email blasts.
  • Back up sales manager - work deals when needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Coordinate and organize sales events and promotions.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales, F&I, sales management, BDC.
  • 40 hours per week and must to able to work 2-3 Saturdays per month 9-3
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
