You’ll be responsible for administrative-related tasks including data entry, presentation preparation, property management, recruiting, marketing, and more. Compensation:$37,500 - $45,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Organize and maintain real estate files and documentation for transactions
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and listings for properties
- Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Utilize CRM system to update and track client information and interactions
- Recruiting of key personnel
- Bachelor's degree or graduation from a four-year college program is required
- 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in real estate
- Proficiency in typing (to be determined by an assessment)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (to be determined by an assessment)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong marketing experience with traditional and social media marketing
