Burress Injury Law PLLC is hiring: Front Desk Administrative Assistant in McKinn

Personal Injury Law Firm seeks full time Front Desk Administrative Assistant to work in a high-level and rapidly growing plaintiffs' personal injury firm providing superb customer service and effective administrative support to ensure a smooth functioning office.

$40,000 - $50,000

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
• Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
• Greeting and directing clients and visitors
• Finding ways to improve administrative processes
• Preparing documents, as needed
• Processing and coordinating invoices and payments
• Works 8-hour shift, Monday – Friday, in office only

• High school graduate or equivalent (Preferred)
• Customer service experience for at least 1 year (Preferred)
• Ideally has at least 1 year of experience working in a personal injury law firm or experience as an administrative assistant
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred
• Self-starter who is motivated to be integral part of a growing, highly successful team
• Strong desire to (1) Learn, (2) Become indispensable, and (3) Earn promotion to higher-level, higher impact position
• Works well in team environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Proactive, can-do, team-oriented attitude
• Committed to a level of work that results in winning for our clients
• Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with the ability to think on your feet
• Living in or near McKinney is a plus
