We are looking for an ISP/OSP Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Charlotte.

About the Role


The ISP/OSP Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the ISP/OSP operations team.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, office administration, and computer skills. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are a must. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Schedule routine meetings and maintain records
  • Keep track of next steps and assigned tasks
  • Break complex projects into simpler tasks while setting goals that are achievable within reasonable timeframes
  • Be the point of contact for all participants involved in the project
  • Create and manage workflows
  • Manage schedules for the assigned location
  • Arrange assignments
  • Prepare action plans
  • Analyze simple reports
  • Provide routine updates on projects to team members
  • Schedule site activities
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintaining a filing system
  • Providing general support to visitors
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with special projects as requested
  • Provide support to executive staff when needed

 

Qualifications: 


  • Previous experience in customer service or an administrative position required
  • Previous experience working in Telecommunications or other utilities industry highly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)
