We are looking for an ISP/OSP Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Charlotte.

About the Role
The ISP/OSP Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the ISP/OSP operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, office administration, and computer skills. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule routine meetings and maintain records
- Keep track of next steps and assigned tasks
- Break complex projects into simpler tasks while setting goals that are achievable within reasonable timeframes
- Be the point of contact for all participants involved in the project
- Create and manage workflows
- Manage schedules for the assigned location
- Arrange assignments
- Prepare action plans
- Analyze simple reports
- Provide routine updates on projects to team members
- Schedule site activities
- Order office supplies
- Maintaining a filing system
- Providing general support to visitors
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with special projects as requested
- Provide support to executive staff when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or an administrative position required
- Previous experience working in Telecommunications or other utilities industry highly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)
