Overview
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking a full-time Human Resources Administrative Assistant to work in support of Sandia National Laboratories located at 2301 Buena Vista Drive SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106. The preferred candidate will have call center experience, and preferably Healthcare Call Center experience. Candidates should be a high school graduate with at least 3 years of Administrative Services experience.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm.

Responsibilities
- Assist with inquiries, answer questions, and escalate customer requests as necessary on the topics of recruiting, staffing, compensation, benefits, training, labor, and employee relations processes.
- Assist customers navigating internal resources on the HR Self-Service site and other HR technology tools.
- Provide customer service for telephone, online, and walk-in inquiries. Acknowledge customer inquiries before the close of business daily and complete all work by established due dates.
- Resolve questions and issues by accessing information in multiple computer systems which includes Oracle Service Cloud, PeopleSoft, Human Capital Management (HCM), ProMapp, and Microsoft Word.
- Process transactions in support of Human Resource functions by collecting required information, documentation, and additional information as needed.
- Perform data entry, send documents and correspondence, maintain files, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Manage daily workload effectively to fulfill customer service commitments.
- Partner with and assist team members as needed.
- Protect and ensure personally identifiable information (PII) remains confidential.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship
- English Language Proficiency
- At least 3 years of Administrative Services experience
- Healthcare Call Center experience preferred
All candidates must be able to:
- Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Lift up to 20 lbs
- Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
- Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
