We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent time management skills and providing support to our managers. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for maintaining an efficient office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
  • Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing appointments.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing packages.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support personal assistant tasks as required by management.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Check In Vendor Orders/Put Stock Parts Away
  • Greeting Visitors

    Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,), Proficient in QuickBooks .
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Book travel arrangements
  • High School degree: additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
