Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure all processes are executed efficiently
- Organize and maintain company records, schedules, and documentation
- Develop, implement, and refine processes to improve office productivity
- Monitor and meet deadlines across various projects and administrative tasks
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and reporting
- Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members as needed
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
- Use technology to automate tasks and improve organizational systems
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
