RRG has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant and is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our firm's consulting and advisory practice.

The successful candidate will support our project management, quality control, and audit teams in the delivery of services to our Fortune 500 client base.

Responsibilities

  • General administrative work and support both internally and across client projects
  • Collect, compile, process, and analyze data and information including real estate and financial documentation
  • Report updating via electronic systems and database maintenance and management
  • Provide general administrative support as needed by management and executive teams
  • Project administration and coordination across offices and clients
  • Campaign reporting and report generation, distribution, and management
  • Assist analyst teams in support of service delivery for a diverse client base
  • Assist in scheduling of travel
  • Support development of new tools, processes, and protocols

Requirements

  • Energetic, optimistic, and enthusiastic outlook
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Demonstrate a passion for the company mission and ability to extend the company culture to all levels
  • Ability to deal with multiple personality types and must demonstrate polished interpersonal skills
  • Mastery level of Microsoft Office suite
  • Desire to grow within the role and company
  • Strong integrity and ethics
