Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and leadership team, including scheduling, communication management, and data reporting.
  • Utilize advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills to support internal reporting and optimize operations.
  • Serve as a resource for company processes, actively contributing to a cohesive and efficient team environment.
  • Helps set priorities for the CEO and ensures regular status updates and follow-up on all executive team activities and commitments.
  • Helps organize and administer business meetings on and off-site.

Qualifications:

·         Any combination of education and experience equivalent to bachelor’s degree in business, management or a related field, required.

·         Two plus years of experience in a business office setting with increasing responsibilities required.

·         Experience in veterinary practice management preferred.

·         Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint and Outlook.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritize tasks and projects.

·         Must be very discreet with a proven track record of handling highly confidential material.

·         Ability to continually anticipate needs and use sound judgment.
