They are highly motivated and have a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment. This role is vital to ensuring our customers' needs are consistently met, promoting our company's continued strong national growth. Ensure appropriate nesting program is delivered to work centerEnsure nesting program matches print with work orderEnsure that the correct gas, speed and consumables are applied correctlyAccurately project completion of work orders at work centerEnsure jobs are staged correctly after completionOther duties assignedQualificationsMinimum Requirements:Welding knowledge and or Welding employment experienceKnowledge of 6SDemonstrated punctual and dependable performance.Previous experience working in industrial manufacturing industry preferred.Environment/Physical Requirements with or without Accommodation:This position is carried out in a fabrication shop environment and as such has the following physical work requirements:Must be able to lift up to 100lbs.Must be able to position welding apparatus in any position the work required.Position requires ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.Position may require bending, kneeling, and stooping.Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicals.Physical weld testing on site must be acceptable.All qualified applicants will receive considerations for employment without regard to race, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
