This role is ideal for those seeking flexible, gig-based work to supplement their income with a few hours per week. In this dual role, you'll work with client site management and safety teams to evaluate risks, deliver ergonomic training, coach employees on injury prevention and pain reduction strategies, and provide mentorship to contractors within your designated region. Work settings may vary from industrial environments to private office spaces where all therapy supplies are provided. Your duties will include conducting ergonomic assessments, educating employees on proper body mechanics, delivering hands-on deep tissue therapy, and overseeing contractor performance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvider Responsibilities:Body Mechanics Coaching: Guide employees on proper body mechanics and self-care techniques to prevent workplace injuries.Risk Assessment & Solutions: Collaborate with site management and safety teams to assess risks and implement injury prevention strategies.Hands-On Therapy: Provide deep tissue therapy to enhance employee performance and well-being.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work and progress utilizing DORN's systems and processes.Employee Surveys: Gather feedback on the impact of services delivered.Reporting: Communicate with client site teams and DORN management to support injury prevention initiatives on a weekly basis and as services require, monthly.Regional Oversight Responsibilities:Contractor Performance: Monitor contractor performance in assigned regions to ensure compliance with company standards.Track & Report Hours: Track contractors' hours worked and report findings to management.Mentorship: Provide guidance to regional contractors, sharing best practices and coaching for success.Training Coordination: Organize training sessions to help contractors stay current on protocols and services.Performance Tracking & Reporting: Evaluate contractor performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports detailing regional performance, challenges, and solutions.Problem Solving & Collaboration: Address challenges faced by contractors or site personnel and work closely with site managers and stakeholders to foster a productive and safe work environment.Candidate Traits & QualificationsEducation: Certificate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in a relevant field. Additional continuing education is beneficial.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in injury prevention or a specialty field, preferably in an industrial setting, with a strong background in hands-on therapy and coaching in body mechanics.
