Overview:A full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in New Milford, CT. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus!Candlewood Valley Health and Rehab is a busy sub-acute/skilled nursing facility where you would be working with the geriatric population and see a good mix of short-term and long-term care patients. We have a dedicated 30 bed short term rehab, 2 long term care units and also a secured dementia unit. Scheduling allows for flexible and accommodating hours. Our rehab center is well regarded within the community we serve. Our team is very supportive complete with a fantastic rehab director and a full rehab team that works well together!
