Position: Production Worker
Rate: $21.91/hr
Possible Shifts:
** 8 hour shifts, M-Fr, 2nd shift (4pm - 12am) or 3rd shift (12pm - 8am) but must be willing to work overtime.
** 12 hour rotating shifts - 8am - 8pm/ 8pm - 8am, 4 days one week, 3 days next and work every other week.
Shift Differential for 8 hour shifts: 2nd shift - .50 3rd shift - .75

As a Production Worker, you will be reporting to the Department Supervisor. You will be performing a variety of tasks in support of production operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborating closely with departments and plant teams to complete basic manufacturing
• Packs product into boxes, retrieves product from equipment and operates machinery
• Making incremental process adjustments, monitor and report quality of manufactured products
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to setup new production jobs
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
• Assists other departments as needed

• You have previous manufacturing experience and/or training
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Read and comprehend standard work instructions, math and measuring
• Arrive to work on time with a strong attendance record
