Job Description
Direct Security personnel on a shift by a shift basis. Responsible for the overall safety and security of company assets and personnel. *Evening Shift
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safeguards assets of the company.
- Implements security department policies and procedures as directed by the Safety and Security Manager.
- Supervises all personnel assigned to the Safety/Security Department for the protection of guests, employees and property on a shift basis.
- Plans and schedules security activities for a shift.
- Conducts follow-up investigations on reported incidents as directed.
- Ensures all reportable incidents are completely documented, entered in the database, and accounted for.
- Investigate employee fraud against the property and customers as directed.
- Investigate accident reports as directed.
- Any reasonable request made by Management.
- Ensure department uniform, appearance and grooming standards are followed and maintained.
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
- Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be physically able to stand and walk for long periods of time regardless of weather conditions. Must have broad knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures, with strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to Obtain and Maintain a Missouri Gaming Commission License.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills and basic computer skills.
