Job Description Bright Flag Recruiting is now hiring full time FedEx Delivery Route Drivers in the Ontario area. Drivers operate out of the Ontario terminal and will be making deliveries to local residences. Our drivers use step vans provided by the employer. No CDL required! Terminal Location: 515 Urwin Pkwy Ontario, OH 44906 Pay: $136/day Schedule: Full-time is 5-6 days a week, and the typical schedule is between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., or until route completion. The typical work schedule is Monday through Saturday. Delivery Driver Benefits: Health Insurance 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment Additional vacation day every year, up to 2 weeks Weekly paycheck Paid training at regular rate Company provided uniforms Safety-oriented company culture Delivery Driver Requirements: Previous job related driving experience is preferred but not required! Military Driving, Taxi, UPS, Amazon, Landscape Driver, and previous FedEx Companies is acceptable experiences! Veterans are encouraged to apply! Clean Motor Vehicle Record Applicants must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical/Physical Exam (Employer reimbursement provided) Background check required Physically able to move packages up to 150 Ibs with a dolly Ability to deliver 150+ stops per day Delivery Driver Responsibilities: Arrive at the Ontario terminal to pick up the vehicle and packages Loading and unloading packages from the truck Delivering packages to the destination Scanning and logging packages SAFETY, INTEGRITY, SERVICE, and ATTENDANCE are top priorities!
