The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking, and exceptional research and writing abilities. A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school is required, along with admission to practice in Missouri or Kansas, or a willingness to be admitted in both states within the first year.
