Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced RN for the Labor and Delivery unit in California. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients during labor and delivery, ensuring a safe and positive experience for mothers and newborns.

• Provide nursing care to patients during the labor process and delivery.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs throughout labor.
• Administer medications and interventions as necessary to ensure maternal and fetal health.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the labor process, pain management options, and postpartum care.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in medical records.

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid state license.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWONN (Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring).
• 36 hours per week (GWW) commitment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing preferred.
