We are looking for RN Case Managers to join our exemplary interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care to all we serve; while practicing fiscal responsibility in these fluid economic times.   • Unrestricted, active RN license in the state of New Jersey
  • BS in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
  • Ability to work alternate Saturdays.
  • 2 years nursing in an acute care / hospital setting.
  • 2 years Case Management / Utilization Review in a hospital, post-acute or insurance/third party payer setting.
  • Familiarity and computer literacy with EMRs & CM/UR software.
  • Working knowledge and experience with MCG/Indicia, Interqual, or other nationally recognized CM/UR criteria.
  • Working knowledge of CMS guidelines and regulations governing discharge planning and utilization management.
  • Experience in care coordination, hospital throughput, LOS/Readmission reduction, discharge planning, & transitions of care a must.
  • Experience in working with Appeals/Denials highly preferred.
  • Case Management Certification preferred.
  • Experience in Worker’s Comp a plus.
