We're searching for a dynamic, detail-oriented Office Manager to lead operations at our Austin office. You'll play a key role in maintaining a productive and energized workspace, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing budgets, and driving office initiatives. In this role, you'll partner closely with teams across Ops, HR, IT, Finance, and the C-Suite to ensure seamless operations and deliver an exceptional workplace experience. Responsibilities: Office Management Take full responsibility for daily office operations, serving as the main point of contact for administrative and operational needs. Manage the office budget with creativity and resourcefulness; handle expense reports and work closely with Finance for alignment. Ensure office policies and procedures are followed, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency. Maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors and monitoring the quality of services provided. Collect feedback from employees to continually improve office perks, from pantry offerings to parking arrangements. People & Culture Lead internal events, taking charge of budgeting, planning, and executing them from start to finish. Support HR with onboarding processes, including managing security badges and access to office systems. Work with Business Ops to streamline processes as the team grows. Promptly address and resolve employee requests and facilities issues. Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 3 years of hands-on experience in office management, with a strong focus on creating a great workplace experience. Proficiency in Google Suite, Mac OS, and a tech-savvy mindset to drive improvements. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A problem-solving, solution-oriented approach with strategic thinking capabilities. Self-motivated and proactive in identifying needs and addressing them. Solid project management skills with a high level of follow-through. Onsite availability at our Austin office, Monday to Friday. Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
