Certification Details BLS CST Job Details MUST HAVE: Travel experience (minimum of 2-3 previous assignments) Position Template Facility Name: UofL Jewish Floor: 2nd Floor Location Address: 200 Abraham Flexner Way Louisville, KY 40202 Position Information Facility Department/Cost Center: 504400 Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Surg Tech Specialty: Surgical Number of Openings: 1 Shift: 6:30AM - 7PM Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Hours: 1 Sat every 4th weekend Call Requirements: Minimum 52 hours in a 6 week period including weekends Required Certifications: CST (preferred) & BLS Years of Experience: 2 (Travel experience required - minimum 2-3 assignments) Float Requirements Unit Information Number of Beds: 31 ORs Patient Ratios: 1:1 Equipment: Mako Robot, DaVinci Robot, Mazur, O-Arm, Rosa Robot EMR: None – Techs do not chart Hiring Profile Must Have Skills/Experience: 2 years of OR experience, Ortho (Total Joints Arthroplasty), Neuro, Ortho/Spine, Vascular and General procedures.
