As an integral member of our leadership team, you will oversee all facets of fundraising efforts, including major gifts, annual giving, and planned giving, alongside engaging alumni and constituents. Your ability to forge lasting relationships with donors and stakeholders, while effectively communicating the transformative impact of their contributions, is crucial. In partnership with our executive team, board of trustees, and dedicated volunteers, you will lead the charge in meeting our ambitious fundraising goals and elevating the organization’s reputation. We seek a candidate with a proven background in senior development roles, ideally in healthcare or education, who possesses strategic insight and the capability to implement comprehensive fundraising programs. Familiarity with advancement services, data analytics, and digital engagement is essential. Your collaborative leadership style and strong management skills will enable you to build and lead a high-performing team.
