OUR VALUES BUILD PARTNERSHIPS - THINK BEYOND - DO THE RIGHT THING Your new team Join our high-performing IT Account Management team comprised of professionals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, including top-producing Hays Recruitment and Sales professionals with experience from our global businesses. We enjoy working together in a high-pace, relentless, sales driven environment while also taking part in various social events like team lunches, team bonding activities, and happy-hours to celebrate team and individual success. Your new role: Fee generation and headcount accountability for own desk in the technology industry. Hire, train, develop, and retain Key Account Managers to drive productivity and growth. Support the implementation and commitment to Hays initiatives and strategic priorities. Instill cultural management within the team - values, vision, standards, and expectations for high performance. Drive service delivery through execution of fundamentals and leading by example. Drive net fee and headcount growth. Provide strategic guidance, working with Account Managers to ensure they have a targeted client portfolio and are developing these to ensure long term strategic relationships. Remain current and aware of market trends, competitive landscape, industry information and best practices. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities with Learning & Development. Actively showcase and live HAYS values/vision/standards and expectations for high performance. What you will have: 3 years in team management including new business development, client expansion, and account management in the technology recruitment industry. Ability to juggle a high volume of clients. Proven track record in developing new hires, people development and management. Passionate about cultivating and maintaining relationships with high level clientele. Driven to succeed. Experience in setting, monitoring, and reviewing goals and objectives. Demonstrated ability in business development and candidate generation. Self-motivated to meet and exceed goals and expectations. Ability to lead from the front, utilizing fundamentals as a role model. Excellent communication skills; able to influence and inspire. Demonstrates the Hays values: Expert, Passionate About People, Insightful, Innovative & Ambitious What you will get: We offer base compensation of $55,000-$70,000 (dependent on experience) plus a manager override bonus of 2%, plus an uncapped commission plan from 20-25%. Hybrid/flexible schedule (3 days a week in the office, 2 days a week in the office for top performers) PTO starting at 22 days, 2 floating holidays and 2 volunteer days. Our top producers have the opportunity to earn UNLIMITED PTO.
