Job Summary: The Entry Level Territory Manager is responsible for nurturing mid-level relationships with current customers and prospects, serving as their primary inside sales coordinator. The TM's performance is measured by their ability to grow the territory and minimize errors during the order processing phase. In this role, you will be expected to maintain a high standard of service and professionalism, ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customer base. Key Responsibilities: •Achieve or exceed the sales goals for your assigned territory. •Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email regarding their orders, inquiries, and ongoing projects. •Input accurate and timely information into the CRM system, following the established CRM Process Guidelines. •Assist the District Sales Manager in acquiring and onboarding new customers, while ensuring a smooth transition and continued engagement with Whirlwind. •Maintain a strong understanding of Whirlwind's product offerings to provide customers with the best possible solutions. •Uphold the company's values and consistently deliver on the Whirlwind brand promise. •Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when keying orders to minimize mistakes and improve operational efficiency. Requirements Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent. •Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). •Proven inside sales experience, with a successful track record in a sales-driven environment. •Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships. •Excellent time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing high-impact sales activities to meet or exceed targets. •Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals. •Experience with CRM systems and sales processes is highly desirable. •Metal Building Industry experience is a plus, but not required.
