Cash Flow Management : Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its operational and strategic needs.
Team Leadership : Oversee accounting and finance teams, fostering professional growth and driving process improvements.
Strategic Partnerships : Collaborate with leadership and external stakeholders to support major initiatives, investments, and financial negotiations.

Preferred Qualifications for the CFO:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related
CPA designation preferred
Recent manufacturing experience
Strong understanding of GAAP
Strong analytical skills
Must be strong in Excel
