Stryten corporate headquarters is located just north of Atlanta in Alpharetta, GA. The internship will begin in May of 2025 and end in August 2025and will be full time (40 hours a week) with expectations of being onsite each day, no remote work. This is a paid opportunity, but housing is not provided so you must have both housing and transportation.
The Intern for the Energy Management System group will apply software development techniques on microprocessor and micro-controller devices.

Apply software development techniques on microprocessor and micro-controller devices. Translate industrial computer software to embedded software for Big Energy Storage System applications Test new IoT technologies and SDKs IoT EDGE Energy Management System coding
Qualifications
We are looking for students: Working towards degrees Computer Science, Electrical engineering Coding languages Phyton, C/C++, others Enjoy making personal projects using open HW platforms like Raspeberry PI, Arduino Graduating between DEC 2025 and May 2026 With a GPA of 3.0 or greater You must have housing and transportation The position is required to work onsite daily During your internship, you may be exposed to the below areas: Lithium battery technology Battery Management Systems IDE/Tool Suites: IAR Embedded Workbench, GiTLab Embedded OS: Salvo, Linux, WinCE, FreeRTOS Communication protocols and drivers: J1939, CANOpen, SMBus, USB, SPI, I2C, UART Other languages Eg: Python, JAVA, C# for PC GUI rapid prototyping Code Version Control: SVN, GIT Bug Tracking: Jira or similar
