Family owned GC, based in Woburn MA, is looking to hire a strong Senior Project Manager to join their team!
Lead large & complex Multifamily projects $25M+

They are a mid-sized general contractor specializing in commercial, residential, industrial, and specialty markets. Projects typically located in MA, Southern NH, and RI *Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application* Description Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan & schedule that includes timelines, milestones, budgets, all project activities, critical path analysis, and timelines for completion Allocating resources such as personnel, materials, and equipment to ensure timely completion of the project Monitoring project expenses and adjusting budgets as necessary to ensure that the project is completed within the allocated budget Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans to mitigate them Communicating project progress to all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, through regular status reports, meetings, and presentations Ensuring that all work is completed to the required quality standards and that any defects are promptly addressed Managing contracts with contractors and subcontractors, including negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and resolving any disputes that may arise Ensuring that all construction activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations and that safety protocols are followed by all personnel Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project and work with the team to find solutions Managing any changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and that the project remains on track Ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up to date, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and other project-related documents Profile Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Construction industry Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in contract negotiation and management Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols Experience with MS Project Job Offer Competitive base salary Medical, Dental, Vision End of the year bonus 401k + company match Long term disability fully paid by employer PTO MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
