Interior Superintendent
to join their team. Specializing in Build-to-Suit, Tenant Interiors, Flex/Industrial, Low-Rise Office, Retail, and more, this company delivers high-quality commercial construction projects valued at up to $20M, with most interior projects averaging $1-2M. Client Details Our client has been a trusted name in the DMV construction market since
2004 , specializing in
commercial construction
with a focus on Tenant Interiors, Build-to-Suit projects, Flex/Industrial spaces, Retail, Low-Rise Office, and more. They also take on smaller Base Building projects, ensuring a diverse and dynamic project portfolio. With
annual revenue exceeding $45M , they consistently deliver high-quality results for projects ranging from $1M to $20M in value. The company operates with a
tight-knit team of 30+ employees , including approximately
15 Superintendents
and
10 Project Managers , ensuring individualized attention to every project. Their core markets include
Northern Virginia , the
495 Beltway , and select parts of
Maryland . Description Project Oversight : Manage all aspects of interior construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Team Coordination : Direct and supervise subcontractors and trades, maintaining clear communication to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Quality Assurance : Perform regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications, industry standards, and client expectations. Schedule Management : Develop and maintain project timelines, addressing delays or issues proactively to keep projects on track. Safety Enforcement : Oversee site safety practices and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. Client Interaction : Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns. Documentation : Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and logs, ensuring project records are complete and up to date. Problem Solving : Identify and resolve any issues on-site, maintaining a proactive approach to minimize disruptions.
Profile
Experienced Professional : 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience, with a strong background in tenant interiors and familiarity with trades like demolition, framing, GWB, millwork, flooring, and MEP coordination. Detail-Oriented Leader : Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee one project at a time, ensuring smooth execution and quality results. Proactive Communicator : Capable of effectively collaborating with subcontractors, clients, and project teams to maintain clear, efficient communication. Adaptable Problem-Solver : Thrives in fast-paced environments, tackling challenges and ensuring project schedules and budgets are met. Team Player with Tenure Focus : Values a strong, collaborative culture and seeks a long-term role with growth opportunities in a company committed to promoting from within.
Job Offer
