The Physical Therapist is a qualified person who directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides Physical Therapy services to patients in the acute, swing, skilled nursing and outpatient settings as prescribed and ordered by the attending physician. Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Must hold current California Physical Therapy License. Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE). Compliant with state regulatory requirements. One (1+) year in acute, swingbed/skilled nursing and/or outpatient settings. Unit Specific Information
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, Compassionate and attentive to detail, Ability to solve problems independently or know when to rely on others, Excellent analytical and logical thinking, Ability to write timely and accurate reports and correspondence at a professional level, Ability to use a computer and software proficiently, Drive to continually learn new treatment techniques, Timely and punctual in all aspects, responsibilities, Ability to multi-task responsibilities.
