Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents
Manage discovery and depositions
Interview witnesses and clients
Compile and organize evidence
Assist with trial preparation
Calendaring court and other case deadlines
Assisting with case management and scheduling
Gathering and organizing case-related documents
Other duties as assigned
Qualification 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in insurance defense, construction defect and/or commercial litigation
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
eDiscovery experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Pay Details:
$60,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
