Luxury apartments, mixed-use, garden style, wraps, podium, high rises, etc. Description Report to and assist the Superintendent throughout all phases of the construction process. Ensure successful workflow and scheduling of project by scheduling trades as directed by the Superintendent. Ensure code compliance by making sure completed work meets all testing and certification requirements, performing frame walks and final walk. Manage administrative duties such as preparing agendas for all site meetings and issuing meeting minutes, establishing weekly schedules, processing all field paperwork, and making supply runs as needed.
