The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating with the project management team to plan, execute, and close projects on time and within budget, as well as assisting in the coordination of various project activities, from procurement to construction and closeout. Description The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for: Collaborating with the project management team to plan, execute, and close projects on time and within budget. Assisting in the coordination of various project activities, from procurement to construction and closeout. Ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulations. Supporting communication with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate project progress. Assisting in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and reports. Participating in meetings, site visits, and inspections. Contributing to the maintenance of project documentation and records. Utilizing your general contracting experience to enhance project quality and efficiency.

Profile The Assistant Project Manager- K-12 and Senior Living - DC will have: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry. Experience in project management within various sectors, including Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, Library, Multifamily, and Office projects. Demonstrated experience with general contracting (GC) processes and procedures. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of project management software and tools.
