Client Details A leading real estate development company focuses on acquiring, developing, and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including malls, shopping plazas,, and high-end clients. With a long-term investment approach, it operates properties across multiple markets, prioritizing sustainable growth and community impact. Description Responsibilities: Manage daily operations for multiple commercial properties (malls, shopping plazas, high-end retail clientele). Oversee leasing, tenant relations, and contract negotiations. Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring profitability. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects. Supervise on-site staff and third-party vendors. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are met. Profile Qualifications: 7+ years in commercial property management, with multi-site experience preferred. 80% remote/ 20% travel to sites Strong knowledge of property management software and financial reporting.
