The Territory Account Manager - Mid West is responsible for growing sales with large customers in your assigned territory (Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Louisiana, and Arkansas) by promoting the use of GroupeSTAHL products and services. The Territory Account Manager serves as the subject matter expert for GroupeSTAHL business units including but not limited to Stahls', Stahls' Transfer Express, Stahls' DFC, and Stahls' Hotronix. The Territory Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential customers. In addition, the Territory Account Manager works closely with other sales teams and teams at each GroupeSTAHL business unit to help customers be successful using GroupeSTAHL products and services to drive sales growth. Primary Focus:Grow Territory Sales: Focus sales efforts to meet or exceed budgeted territory growth by positioning and selling GroupeSTAHL products and services.Meet Key Performance Indicators to Drive Sales Growth:Success Rate - Sell GroupeSTAHL products and services to increase the number of growing customers and reduce the number of declining customers in the territoryAccount Cross-sell Rate - Cross-sell GroupeSTAHL products and services to customers who are not purchasing from GroupeSTAHL business units or product categoriesNew to Lost Customer Rate - Identify customers and opportunities to acquire new customers and position GroupeSTAHL products and services to reduce the number of lost customers in the territoryChurn Rate - Sell to declining or lost customers to position GroupeSTAHL products and services as a key solution to their needsOpportunities - Identify and win sales opportunities to drive growth in territory salesActivities - Execute phone calls, emails, web meetings, and onsite to drive growth inMeans to accomplish Goals:Onsite Visits/Video Meetings (Account Reviews): Build relationships with current customer to present new products and or services to them help grow their business and drive GroupeSTAHL sales growth. Conduct onsite sales visits as needed based on opportunity size and customer potentialTrade Shows - Attend tradeshows in and out of assigned territory to sell GroupeSTAHL products andIn advance, schedule business reviews with large customers attending the tradeshowDemonstrate GroupeSTAHL products and servicesOutbound Calling - Sell GroupeSTAHL products and services, fiscal year growth initiatives, product launches, and monthly promotions to grow sales in assigned territories including existing customers and leadsOther Responsibilities:Assumesresponsibilityformeeting or exceeding territory sales goalsProspect for potential new customersEffectively manage time to maximize territory sales growthConstantly identifies and implements methods to improve their sales activities in assigned territoryUses marketing data and resources to maximize territory salesManage the sales process through opportunity closeEffectively estimate the potential sales from customers and opportunitiesForecast and communicate long-range account sales, product needs, inventory requirements, and related information•Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining valuable relationships with customers and industry contactsConduct sales calls and delivers sales presentations to customers, prospects, and leadsBuild relationships with customers to identify needs, position products and services, and build trust in themselves and GroupeSTAHL business unitsBuild relationships with industry contacts to assist in identifying and closing sales opportunitiesTake ownership of resolving customer requests, complaints, and problems to ensure the customer's satisfaction with GroupeSTAHL products and servicesServices accounts in accordance with GroupeSTAHL standards and policies•Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective working relations, communication, and coordination with GroupeSTAHL personnel and management.Provide feedback to GroupeSTAHL business units and personnel including feedback from customersProvide actionable ideas to to GroupeSTAHL business units and personnel on ways to improve effectiveness of sales material, marketing material, resources for customers, and new revenue sourcesCoordinate customer needs with GroupeSTAHL business units and departmentsKeep management informed of customer needs and challenges, territory activities, competitor activities, new product and service ideas, and impediments to meeting customer needs and expectationsAttends meetings as Skills we are looking for:Excellent ability to identify customer needs, position products, and close salesExceptional presentation skillsTakes ownershipAbility to comprehend and retain new product informationWell organizedProblem-solvingStrong computer skillsAble to use and understand CRM softwareStrong verbal and written skillsStrong attention to detailCreative and adaptableWorks well under pressure and with tight deadlinesWorks well in a team environmentSelf-starterHigh level of integrityEducation:High School Diploma requiredBachelors degree preferred - Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.Apply today and join the fun!
