Client Details My client is an award winning Design/Build contractor that does work in multiple states. They work in an extremely diverse line of industries, doing builds in many different sectors. They are looking to bring on a skilled project manager as they are looking to build out their presence in the Milwaukee market. My client is known for their industry leading compensation and benefits, and extremely strong job security. They have not laid anyone off in over 10 years and retained all employees through covid with bonus. Unique, larger builds in sectors such as industrial, commercial, healthcare and more Work across multiple states and have one of the most well known names in construction Recipient of numerous awards for their work Take pride in having a positive impact in the communities they work within Description Plan, oversee, and track all phases of the construction project lifecycle, from design and procurement to construction and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely achievement of project milestones. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Prepare and deliver detailed project reports, including status updates, financial assessments, and risk evaluations, to stakeholders and senior management. Lead and mentor project teams, offering guidance and support to drive successful project outcomes. Identify potential project risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering opportunities for repeat business. Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates to continuously enhance project management processes.
