Description The Superintendent is responsible for: Site management and coordination Supervising all on-site activities, including managing subs, labor crews, and materials Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors Developing, monitoring, and adjusting the project schedule to ensure timely completion of each phase Conducting regular inspections to ensure construction meets quality standards and project specifications Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies Profile The right Superintendent has the following qualifications: 5+ years in a Superintendent position in the construction industry Experience with Interiors/ Renovations, Ground Up is a plus Experience with Pro-core and other related construction softwares Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or other related field Experience with teamwork, communication, and organization Hold MA-CSL and OSHA certifications Job Offer The candidate will receive: Competitive Base Salary 100% Employer covered healthcare and life insurance 3 weeks PTO Vehicle Reimbursement 401k with match MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
