Litigation Attorney
with a minimum of 6-7 years of solid defense litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in Personal Injury Defense/General Liability and will be motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of litigation cases Conduct legal research, drafting of motions, and discovery Attend depositions and court hearings Work independently and as a part of a team Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Requirements:
Member in good standing with the State Bar of California Minimum 6=7 years of solid defense litigation experience Experience with legal research, drafting of motions, and discovery Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional computer ability Work well independently and as a part of a team Trial experience is a plus Deposition experience is required
