The key responsibilities of this role include the following:
Manage the overall tax compliance function for all domestic and foreign tax filings comprising the global enterprise
Monitor and ensure compliance with US and international tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements across various

Conduct research of non-US and US federal, state, local and international tax matters which support ongoing tax projects and/or filing positions Support the resolution of tax notices and audits Manage annual transfer pricing processes Support tax planning and strategy initiatives Profile The ideal candidate will posses the following qualities: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field 5-8 years of public accounting experience CPA preferred, but not required Partnership/corporate tax experience Driven and passionate about tax Job Offer Medical /Dental/Vision Insurance Time Off: 25 vacation days annually, Federal Bank holidays, sick days, military leave and family and medical leave Short & Long Term Disability Parental Leave: Provides 16 weeks of 100% paid leave after one year of active employment.
