The FP&A Manager will oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, financial reporting, financial analysis, and lead cross collaboration efforts with leaders across the business in procurement, supply chain, operations, marketing, R&D, etc. Client Details Our Client is a leading manufacturer in Hammonton, NJ. Description Develop and manage the company's financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Collaborate with department heads and senior management to establish financial goals, objectives, and strategies. Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and financial forecasts to senior management and stakeholders. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, identify trends, and assess business performance. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational data to provide insights into business performance. Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and potential business initiatives to assess their financial impact and viability. Prepare and distribute regular management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations to communicate financial performance, trends, and insights. Monitor and analyze financial results against budget, forecast, and prior periods, and provide recommendations for corrective actions as needed. Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. Provide financial support and analysis for strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities, assess risks, and develop actionable recommendations. Participate in strategic planning sessions, investment reviews, and business performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and value creation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize financial planning and analysis activities.
