Travel Rate: $100 Radius: $95: 51-100 miles Local: $90: 50 miles or less • Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance

RRT or CRT: Every other weekend required.

Requirements: • NRP required upon submission • RRT, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, and NRP required • Must have NICU experience within the last year; Patient population consists of all age groups - includes ICU and ED floors • All specialties the HCP worked need to be well documented on each individual employment entry • Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday • No block schedules for any reason • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit • Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained • Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet
