Description Assist the Estimator and the Project Manager with outreach to subcontractors throughout the bidding and buyout process Manage the change order process, negotiate pricing with subcontractors, and prepare all change order materials for the Project Manager to review Draft all pay applications and payee lists for the Project Manager to review Assist the Project Manager with project costs and the job cost report Review invoices and receipts; code all invoices Maintain project schedule and update on a monthly basis Provide training and mentorship to Project Engineers Monitor job-site safety Ensure project meets quality standards and regulatory requirements Build and maintain client and subcontractor relationships Profile 2+ years of experience working for a general contractor
