We are seeking an experienced and results-driven marketing and social media manager to lead and oversee our marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing principles, a creative mindset, and a proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing initiatives across various channels. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity, increasing awareness, and driving lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Integration & Management: Develop and manage integrations between CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or others) and various marketing tools (e.g., Wix forms, email platforms, etc.) to ensure smooth data flow and optimize marketing efforts.
- Wix Form Management: Create and manage lead generation forms on Wix, ensuring data capture and integration with CRM systems for streamlined customer journeys.
- Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Facebook Ads Management: Design and implement effective Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
- TikTok Marketing: Develop creative strategies for TikTok marketing, leveraging trends, challenges, and creative content to drive engagement and conversions.
- Email Marketing: Craft and send effective email campaigns, ensuring high open rates and conversions by segmenting audiences and tailoring content to specific customer needs.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns across all platforms. Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and integrating them with marketing tools like Wix, email platforms, and social media channels.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and best practices for segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
- Experience with Wix platform, including setting up and optimizing lead capture forms and customer interactions.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to stay current with the latest trends and updates in digital marketing and social media platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating campaign visuals.
- Experience in creating marketing funnels and optimizing conversion rates.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
