Our client is a leading General Contractor specializing in healthcare construction projects. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects that meet the strict requirements of the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) / Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI). We are seeking an experienced OSHPD/HCAI Project Manager to join our team in Carlsbad, CA.
Description
Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHPD/HCAI regulations. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies. Ensure all documentation is prepared, submitted, and approved in accordance with OSHPD/HCAI requirements. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Manage project closeout procedures, ensuring all OSHPD/HCAI requirements are met. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing OSHPD/HCAI healthcare construction projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. In-depth knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI regulations and compliance requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, etc.).
