Project locations: All throughout MA, NH, and CT
They focus on Commercial, Senior Housing, Residential, and Healthcare projects. Projects range in value from $5M-$75M+ with a mix of ground up/new construction and renovation/expansion work.

Description The Project Manager is responsible for: Leading and managing multiple construction projects ranging from $500k to $15M+ in value Overseeing all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery Directing and mentoring a team of employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain effective communication and project alignment Implementing and monitoring quality control and safety standards across all project phases Managing project budgets, costs, and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability Preparing and presenting regular project updates and reports to stakeholders Utilizing Procore to maintain accurate project documentation and progress tracking Profile The right Project Manager has the following qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Commercial Construction Project Management with a GC Renovation experience Experience in multifamily, senior housing, daycare or general commercial projects up to $40M Has a proven track record of managing projects from initiation through completion within scope, budget, and timeline Proficient with Procore Commutable to Metrowest area Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Job Offer The Project Manager will receive: Competitive base salary Vehicle allowance + fuel card Cell phone reimbursement Medical, Vision (fully covered), Dental, & Disability Insurance 401k, PTO, sick time High value on work/life balance & more!
