Job Summary: The Product Launch Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the product development process from concept to launch. This position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that products meet quality standards and market needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for bringing innovative products to market.

Job Summary: The Product Launch Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the product development process from concept to launch. This position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that products meet quality standards and market needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for bringing innovative products to market.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in planning and coordinating product development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and production teams to facilitate communication and ensure smooth project progression.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform product development decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of product specifications, development processes, and project timelines to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes to ensure product quality in alignment with company expectations.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of product samples for internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze feedback from team members and customers to inform product improvements and iterations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner following guidelines established by Valdese Weavers.
- Report all job related injuries and safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Actively participate in safety programs that identify, investigate, and correct safety hazards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product development, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
