Position: Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney
We are seeking an associate to join the firm’s medical malpractice practice group. Our medical malpractice team is looking for a motivated attorney that can be available to begin supporting them with handling matters, research, drafting documents and taking depositions.

Position: Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney
We are seeking an associate to join the firm’s medical malpractice practice group. Our medical malpractice team is looking for a motivated attorney that can be available to begin supporting them with handling matters, research, drafting documents and taking depositions.
Requirements:
- Have 2-5 years of experience in a medical malpractice litigation practice
- Deposition experience
- Proficient and independent in handling litigation matters, including depositions, pre-trial discovery, mediations, trials, etc.
- Excellent research, legal brief writing and communication skills
- General litigation motion writing and courtroom oral skills
- General understanding of medical records
- Working knowledge of Michigan Court Rules and Rules of Evidence
- Working knowledge of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Comfort level with learning new computer software
- J.D. from an ABA-approved law school
- A member in good standing and active in the Michigan Bar.
