- Collaborate with growers to implement best practices in crop production, soil health, and sustainable farming.
- Manage agronomy research and provide recommendations on fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess crop health and ensure high yields.
- Utilize precision agriculture tools to analyze data and optimize operations.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and innovations.
- Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in agriculture, agronomy, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of crop management, soil health, and agricultural technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Competitive Compensation: $60-90K - Based on experience + full benefits
