Discover Impactful Work:

The Senior Manager, Product Management Global Services and Support will lead a product management team focused on strengthening competitive positioning by ensuring strong 4P alignment across Marketing functions. You are passionate about developing and driving a multi-generation growth strategy and commercializing service solutions that deliver a better customer experience.

What will you do?

  • New Product Development: Focus on developing new service solutions through close partnership with Customers, Sales, Product Development, and Field Service. Build customer-centric product roadmaps grounded in defined customer requirements.

  • Portfolio Management : Global ownership of a service portfolio with responsibility for lifecycle and profitability management. Regularly report out on portfolio performance to executive leadership within and across business units.

  • Product Market Development: Analyze customer and market segmentation models, competitive analysis and historical performance to develop go-to-market models in partnership with Market Development, including market positioning and demand generation strategies to accelerate global growth.

  • People Leadership : Inspire, influence, and empower employees across the matrix (both direct and indirect teams) to achieve objectives. Work within a highly-matrixed environment to move strategy to action.

  • Operational Excellence : Take a disciplined approach to Marketing including, classical 4Ps approach, problem-solving frameworks to drive solutions and make the case for change. Improve current performance tracking and operational mechanisms.

How will you get there?

Education

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in life science, engineering or business.

  • Advanced degree(s) and/or MBA preferred.

Experience

  • 7+ years of relevant product management and/or strategic marketing experience in Lifesciences or related fields.

  • 5+ years team leadership

  • Track record of developing growth strategies for existing markets, new customer segments and assessing future potential.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to approach complex issues with strategic agility, fact-based analysis and effectively communicate and align recommendations.

  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving capability.

  • Ability to influence at all levels, build strong partnerships, and navigate matrixed situations.

  • Cultural awareness and ability to work across geographies.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $143,000.00–$190,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
