Material Coordinator, Supply Chain (Night shift: Wed-Sat, 5:00pm to 3:30am)

Job summary:
This role is responsible for the managing purchase orders and inventories for facilitates, general stock and non-GMP stock items required to support clinical and commercial production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute the daily operations of materials buying for general non-GMP and GMP raw materials, packaging materials, and work in process.
• Dispense GMP raw materials and components for use manufacturing using SOP's, solution prep documentation and batch records.
• Will serve as liaison with accounting personnel responsible for financial control and inventory audit procedures.
• Responsible for daily operations, projects as assigned and objectives for the warehouse and inventory management.
• Oversee investment in raw materials, component, work in process, and lab supply inventories for the site to ensure efficient turnover and minimal investment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent with two years of experience of High School Degree with minimum four yours experience in Warehousing, Shipping, Receiving, computerized inventory control and procurement.
• Proficient knowledgeable in all facets of warehousing, including receiving, housekeeping, computerized inventory control, tagging of capital items, location management, shipping, LTL trucking, FedEx/Airborne and UPS service, problem resolution, purchasing interface and packaging.
• Must possess knowledge of chemicals, use of MSDS sheets in a high-volume manufacturing operation.
• Should have knowledge of DOT requirements regarding the transportation of hazardous materials.
• Should possess knowledge of materials order requisition and purchase order management and data entry into computerized purchase order system.
• Commercial Drivers' License with Hazardous Materials endorsement a plus.
• Experience with laboratory environment desirable.

Salary Range: $21.63 - $26.45

*Please note: This is a night shift Wed-Sat opportunity and will be eligible for a 10% shift differential in addition to listed salary*
